California Correctional Vest!
Point Blank's lightweight California
Correctional Vest (C.C.V.) is specifically designed to protect
against attacks with pointed objects. This vest provides extensive
front, back, side, and shoulder protection. The stab-resistant
panels are constructed of Titanium encased in a 500 denier Cordura®
nylon covering. The outershell is constructed of durable nylon.
The California Correctional Vest (Titanium
model) was tested for stab resistance to defeat the following
pointed objects when tested at 81.1 foot pounds:
- Ice Pick - 7" long x .163 diameter
shaft ground to a point; hardness of 42 (Rockwell "C" Scale)
- Knife - 6" stainless steel boning knife
